Ceramic production also developed with the use of the potter's wheel and better firing kilns, and characteristic cultural models such as the Campaniform or Argaric pottery quickly spread. Through the passes of this part of the Sierra Morena, the transit of these cultures that emerged strongly in the southeast of the Peninsula intensified, and together with the growth of the Neolithic settlements of El Ochavo, El Tiente, El Puntal, other nearby nuclei appeared where remains of smelting slag and clear metallurgical activity were found, such as in Las Torrecillas, Cerrillo de los Ladrones, Cortijo de Amelia, Aldea de la Mesa, Cortijo Borrás, etc...
