Room 1: Introduction to the term

In the showcases of this room you can see a complete display of rocks and minerals typical of this area, especially those related to lead, to which an exclusive space is dedicated so that you can get to know its characteristics and appearance in its different variants. This area ends with a magnificent image of the Despeñaperros pass, where we can see the character of the gorge and the monumentality of the natural formations of vertical quartzite, to which it owes the name of Despeñaperros organs, for remembering of the arrangement of the pipes of the organs.
