Station Quarter

In Station Park. The narrow-gauge mining railway line that was laid in 1909 between La Carolina and Linares, built a station with workshops, warehouses and sidings in the space now occupied by this square and neighbourhood of the town, which after its dismantling was occupied by dwellings, adopting the name of Barrio de la Estación (Station Neighbourhood). Parts of the layout remain, such as the curve that entered the station.
